It helps to know in advance what a classical homeopathic consultation will ask of you: time, honest detail about your symptoms and temperament, patience through the first few weeks, and a willingness to keep your other doctors in the loop.

A note on expectations

Classical homeopathy is an individualised system: two people with the same diagnosis often receive completely different remedies. That also means the timeline differs from person to person. Recent, uncomplicated complaints may settle in weeks; long-standing autoimmune, hormonal or skin disease is measured in months of steady follow-up.
